Don't want to talk about it.

I really don't want to talk about my food intake for the last two days. I'll be trying to get back to normal tomorrow. I think no food for two days would be adequate. My stomack hurts so bad.

Day 4 — Sloth. Seven things you neglect to do.

1) I neglect my university. Hate it so much, that I have no wish to do anything about it.
2) I neglect exercising.
3) I don't study solfege enough.
4) I am just too lazy to start anything that I am not hyped up about.
5) When I am drunk, I just pass out on my bed, without changing clothing or showering.
6) I keep forgetting to water my plants.
7) I am too lazy to bring back my overdue books to the library.

  1. Hi sweetie, fasting is a good idea when you think you have been binging for too long, but don't cut off cold turkey. Start by drinking 1-2 cups of tea in the morning followed by 1-2 cups of ice water. Next, eat a nice breakfast, but have a tiny lunch (with some protein), dinner, go all veggies. Salad, soup, but small portions! good luck!
